Ensembles offered at Sinaloa include the Concert Band, Beginning Band, Jazz Band, String Ensemble, and Mixed Choir.  These ensembles have performed various concerts and have participated in festivals throughout Southern California earning excellent and superior ratings in adjudicated festivals.  Sinaloa music students have been participants in the Ventura County honor band, SCSBOA All-Southern honor ensembles, and the California All-State honor ensembles.

I have always believed that every student has the ability to be creative.  Creativity is an essential skill all students should possess in order to thrive in their future lives and careers.  Music is a gateway to unlocking each student’s inner creativity.  I will always work with, and believe in any student that has the desire to express his or herself through music.  I hope that when my students finish their time in the Sinaloa Music Department they take with them a life-long love for music.
